Reports filing
To file a report, please call 911 and request a Law Enforcement response at your location or, if you are currently located outside the state of Kentucky and would like to file a report (concerning an incident that occurred within Perry County), you may request to file your report to an on-duty deputy over the phone during normal business hours by calling 606-439-4523.
- You must pay for a copy of a report - NO EXCEPTIONS!
- Only those directly involved in the investigation of a crime or the drivers/occupants/owners/operators of motor-vehicles involved in a collision are entitled to a copy of a report. All others must make an official request for the report. If the case is still under investigation, you will not receive a copy of the report until the investigation is complete.
